Front desk seemed a little inconvenienced to book two more nights for our party—just had a disenfranchised countenance. “I have stayed for a week there and I must say that it is one of the best experiences I have had. The place was at an amazing location with with walkable restaurants amd even movie theatre. The staff are superb and very professional and friendly. I would choose the same place in my next vacations. Keep doing the great job! “Loved the property - clean, centrally located, cool spot. Check on was very frustrating. It was a self serve check in but the confirmation number given by Expedia wasn’t for the hotel but for Expedia. The proper confirmation number should have been easily displayed in the email. We had to call Expedia and were only able to speak with an AI agent who wasn’t very helpful. It took over 30 minutes to check in when it should have been a minute or two and the process was very frustrating. Love the……

“Great customer service! They upgraded my room for no additional cost. Need new doors on rooms as they are old and have to slam the door to close properly but other than that room was newly renovated and very clean and really comfortable bed! I would definitely come back! ”

“Loved the hotel and our king room (bed was very comfy!). There was lots of space, modern features, it was very clean and even had snacks/drinks to purchase in our room. Self check in was super easy and the staff respond quickly to messages. This area was great (less busy than downtown) and had tons of dining options (walkable too). The only downfall is that you can hear other guests in the building and the traffic/noise outside was also loud. It didn’t bother me too much so I would still……
