“This was just the cutest little house in the prettiest location! I had a two day class to take in Asheville and it was an easy drive to get to from here. The house was great for our 1 y/o -- it was somewhat baby proofed, had blackout blinds upstairs, and already had some toys and other baby/toddler gear available like a high chair. Finally, my husband still has some work calls to take while we were there and the WiFi was great at handling those as well as streaming TV in the evening. We would……

“We loved this cute little place in the quiet town of Mars Hill, just a few minutes from a college town with restaurants and shops, and also close to a big grocery store (Ingles). It's also very close to the highway so easy access to Asheville. My wife and I had a great time staying here in during our visits to Asheville.”

“Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!”

“This place was perfect. It came fully stocked with essentials, comfortable beds, the hosts were incredibly quick to respond and very nice! We stayed here for a bachelor party and their basement felt like it was specifically tailored to us. Pool table, shuffle board, arcade games, hot tub (which we didn’t even get to because there was so much to do) fire pit, grill, and the best recovery for those who overdid the first night… the sauna. This location is possibly the closest you can legally get to……

“There were lady bugs and stink bugs all in the house. The dishwasher and wash machine filters were disgusting, with mold and slime all over them. The host was quick to respond with I will let my cleaners know. The hot tub water looked really murky, so we didnt use it, but still had to pay the cleaning fee.”

“Small and pleasant log cabin in a less-travelled area about 40 minutes East of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Cabin was clean and organized when we arrived. Enjoyed 7 days of silence and nature during our stay. Saw a total 6 bears (not at the cabin, just during the trip)!”
