“This was just the cutest little house in the prettiest location! I had a two day class to take in Asheville and it was an easy drive to get to from here. The house was great for our 1 y/o -- it was somewhat baby proofed, had blackout blinds upstairs, and already had some toys and other baby/toddler gear available like a high chair. Finally, my husband still has some work calls to take while we were there and the WiFi was great at handling those as well as streaming TV in the evening. We would……

“The property had a wonderful view. Very close to town. I can see where it would be good in the winter to 4x4, however I live in the mountains and it was fine. The cabin was clean. I only have to complaints there is a need for new pots and the fireplace was not working. I have one at home but my friend was looking forward to burning it. The neighbor is quiet. There is a new home being built near by. We enjoyed watching a storm roll in, I can never get enough of the thunder in the moutains.”

“This was the perfect getaway spot. Easy access to main road, yet quiet, view from the deck is amazing, loved having a full kitchen and outdoor grill! the owners cat and dog treated us like long lost friends, we loved them! Highly recommend.”

“I can’t say enough great things about our stay at this home. The homeowner thought of every detail, and it made for the perfect short getaway for our family. We loved relaxing in the hot tub on the deck while the kids roasted s’mores at the fire pit, it was such a great setup! The home was very clean, spacious enough for our large group, and had everything we needed. We’re already planning to come back when the pool opens up!”

“This is a very special cabin. It's perfect if you want to get away and have quiet time. I say "quiet", but it's not actually quiet since you have the constant, wonderful sound of waterfalls in Spillcorn Creek right next to the house.The pictures on the website don't do the house justice. It's very comfortable with a wonderful ambience. It's also a great place for dogs with a safe field to play in and water right there to splash in. “The property is beautiful and the home has plenty of space. We travel together frequently and this is the only house that has had adequate seating in common areas to accommodate everyone getting a comfortable seat. Only suggestion would be adding more cookwawade.”

“Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!”
