“No Internet service. Elevator was out of service. Accessible bathtub bench was missing a white panel that you sit on; metal was exposed. Other than like, my stay was good.”

“Only had one of 2 elevators working. We usually use the stairs but when you have a lot of luggage at times you need an elevator. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and I-20 and 520. The staff was pleasant and professional. The room was comfortable and layout was nice with the areas for a coffee station, sofa, and desk area separate from the sleeping area. The TV could swivel to turn to the seating area where the sofa was or toward the bed. ”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“They recently spent a single night at this property. Due to our late flight we did not arrive at the hotel till 2am. There was no problem getting in and the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. We would certainly stay at this property again.”
