“It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.”

“The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again.”

“I had a lovely stay at Church Farm - I made this as a last minute booking as there were some places in the local area I hoped to visit, and I wanted somewhere peaceful and homely to relax, and this didn’t disappoint. Chris and Allison were really welcoming and have created a beautiful home to share with their guests. It was nice to be able to chat to them and the other guests over the delicious breakfast, and to get their advice on where to visit and eat locally. Waking up to the sound of……

“Absolute gem - beautiful accommodation and fabulous staff. Highlight of my stay was throwing the ball for their two awesome Border Collies and chatting to the staff/managers at breakfast. ”

I couldn’t recommend Rob and Jacquie enough, especially if you want somewhere out of the way that takes care of all the littles details. ”

“2nd visit to this beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the rooms,food & beautiful gardens with plenty of tables & seating areas. Staff very helpful & friendly. Car park close by you do have to pay however we downloaded app and where able to top up following morning. Very central to everything you need bars restaurants shopping and great walks near by. Would highly recommend ”
