The host responded quickly when we asked about a midnight arrival, assuring us late check-in was no issue. When we arrived, we had a small hiccup with the access code, but the host replied within literally 2 minutes, and everything after that was seamless!We stayed in Cabin A, a thoughtfully designed space with matching……

“What a perfect location if you want beautiful scenery quiet River rushing by and plenty of nature to behold. Jesse and his wife Taylor were immediately welcoming. And Jesse goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. We appreciated him knowing so much about the area and helping us with where to kayak and where to go tubing. Highly recommend.”

“Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool……

“Beautiful, river front location. Clear water off the dock, nature lovers paradise. Close to Suwannee & Santa Fe springs. House is very well stocked with kayaks, tubes, floats, etc. House is well stocked and clean. Nice gas grill, fire pit, large private yard. Host is friendly & helpful. 5 stars. ”

“Great, clean home, conveniently located in downtown High Springs and many of the Springs. We brought our e-bikes and were able to ride to Poe Springs, the local restaurants, and brewery. If you're planning a trip to High Springs, you have to get a burger from Bev's! ”

“Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.”
