“This is a wonderful little getaway. You have all you will need. The host has put a lot of thought into every little detail from the beautiful rose curtains to the softest rugs. “Nice and tidy room. A small kitchen area was the best part. And a big bathroom. We had a nice stay. There was no thermostat but we didn't really need it. The temperature wad good for us. The only thing was little inconvenient to us was the cat smell in the porch but room was still fine. ”

“This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.”

“Had a wonderful stay at this house for a gymnastics state meet in Gainesville. Price was great, house was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved that pets are allowed even though some of our party couldn't come and the dog stayed home with them, we loved having the option initially. Communication was easy and immediate. Would definitely stay here again.”
