“A few mile for Gainesville …It was 10 in our party, to celebrate our Mother’s 85th Birthday. The host was gracious enough to honor our request for early check-in. The check-in process was easy and the host was in constant communication with me. There was enough parking for all in my party. The home was extremely clean, spacious and great for decorating and entertaining. There were games available that a large group could enjoy. Our family pet had enough yard to explore and play. The porch, patio……

“Our family had an absolutely lovely time at this property! As a family of five visiting the springs, we truly appreciated the space. It was wonderful to have room to relax, enjoy friendly games of ping pong and air hockey, and simply unwind on the porch swing with ice cream and the kids. A delightful bonus was being greeted by horses and cows just outside the fence each morning. Communication with the host was excellent and easy. We wholeheartedly recommend this charming home!”

“We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed……
