“We can't thank Debi and Patrick enough. We had an emergency at home and they were so caring and accommodating, always checking on us. Debi was so helpful and I really enjoyed our talk.The cottage is adorable, and so clean, we enjoyed ever minute relaxing there. This is located in a beautiful subdivision and is so quiet.We would definitely book here again. “This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.”

“Had a wonderful stay at this house for a gymnastics state meet in Gainesville. Price was great, house was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved that pets are allowed even though some of our party couldn't come and the dog stayed home with them, we loved having the option initially. Communication was easy and immediate. Would definitely stay here again.”
