“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. “Hôtel was in a good location and was very clean. The only negative was the breakfast buffet. We went down for breakfast both mornings we stayed. The breakfast bar was wiped out. They couldn’t keep up with the amount of customers they had eating. The coffee was also empty both mornings. We had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast.”

“The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The front desk employee who assisted me was at check in was Shower. She was a delightful person and extremely welcoming.
