“Good location, it is in the old quarter, near to the sightseeing area (2 mins walk to the lake), you can find anything you need near the hotel. The hotel is new, it looks grand. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing to improve is the shower, the water temperature and the flow is not stable.”

“真的是比較小的房型，但因為是去機場的前一天住宿，所以我認為ok，要到機場的86 bus很近，也是一開始挑這間飯店的原因。路口有一小節的樓梯，行員都非常機靈和主動幫忙（建議大家別忘了給他們小費）。以這個價格來說，非常划算！nice deal!!! CP value is high, great location for the BUS 86 to the HAN airport.”

“Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one. “In principle, Rooms / Restaurants Cleanliness, Quality of Service is nice. However, the facilities a little old. In the previous midnight before leaving, there is a lot of water on the ground in the bathroom and no idea where it came from. Also, there is no found a bath mat in the toilet.”
