“Perch El Nido has magnificent views - the only downside being that it is at the end of an unsealed road up a hill. The accommodation staff more than make up for that by providing a shuttle service down the hill. Very communicative and super helpful, I'd more than recommend this accommodation. “If you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, this is your place. The views from the dining area are mesmerizing of the sea. The sunsets are breathtaking from your private beach.The best part was the people. Koy prepared our meals with a Philippine touch. All dishes were delicious. Bhong was our driver and tour guide. We went to the waterfall, a fishing village, the butterfly garden and of course shopping at the Mart. The only drawbacks were no a/c and little hot water.”

“The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. “Our first day was a bit rough as there were issues with the water filtration system, par for the course for less developed areas in the Philippines. If it were not for Kuya Greken, the property caretaker, and his quick response with jugs of purified water and buckets, I would have given less stars.
