“Treated grandkids and their parents to 3 days at Disneyland Resort. Found this property across from the resort and decided to rent it. The availability of a condo with full kitchen and bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests was too good to pass up. The flexibility of preparing meals versus buying was a key selling point as was the location. The amenities afforded by the complex were top notch. Kids enjoyed the playground and the kiddie pool. “This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. “Our stay was pleasant overall. The location is not that close to Hollywood if that helps with planning. It is close to two beaches and has eateries and shops less than 10 mins away from the property. The check-in process wasn’t difficult, however, if you travel with family it is best to park in the garage but that process wasn’t simple for us. If the owner could provide a grade door opener that would be extremely helpful. The outlets in the master went out randomly and there wasn’t a full……

“Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown……

“Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. ”

“The property is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The location is fabulous and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth and communication was clear and timely. Parking is a definite bonus! I can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back!”
