“It's a nice, spacious place close to Little Saigon. It has some basic seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce) and a rice cooker. The pots and pans are in good shape. Each room has its own AC unit that you can set the temperature of. Clean washcloths are provided. The place has 4 beds and a pull out bed. The window sills could use some cleaning. The host checked in several times and responded in a timely manner. ”

“This is a great location a short walk to the beach. The amenities for the price are good as well. In L.A. it seems you have to pay to park everywhere, and this location has a good parking space attached. I highly recommend for a beach vacation. It's a reasonable distance from many other tourist destinations (Universal) and colleges (UCLA and USC) so all around a good place.”

“Pretty nice and clean spot to stay at. Super responsive hosts and everything that is advertised as is. However, did get a noise complaint at around 1pm. Understandable since there are other permanent tenants and families so just keep that in mind when booking if you are going to an event that is nearby. “I am so grateful for this host. She was compassionate, I booked because I have an 80 year old looking for a walk in shower. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure. ”
