“Pretty hotel and reminded me of a castle. Overall okay experience. Beds were really uncomfortable and our toilet did not work. When we informed the front desk they said they didn’t have anyone that could come fix it until the next day and to use the ones in the lobby. ”

“The staff there were so kind. They were patient for us having a late check out without feeling like we were being hounded. The bed was comfortable and TV was big. Clean room also. ”

“Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access”
