“Beautiful beach ”

“We stayed 1 night in a king suite. The living area is huge, but the amenities are zero. No hair dryer, no bottle opener (not even at front desk),tiny tiny soap n shampoo. And the room was not very clean, especially the floors (yuk). We love Madeira beach and have been many times. I understand they are struggling after the 2024 hurricanes, but $200 /nt for this room, and the lack of cleanliness and amenities are not gonna help. Oh, and they charge you an extra $16 to park. The pool looked very……

“Found out 2 hours before check in this is no contact property . Which was fine but the parking needed more direction . Called the property office and person that answered could not direct me to the parking lot . I have landmark at John’s pass villages and she had no idea what I was saying . Had to refer back to our GPS. The property emailed a parking pass and then we had to figure out where the rooms were on the 3 rd floor . Better communication or instructions SHOULD be supplied . Not……

“This place is a true Gem. Its cute, comfy, well decorated and conveniently located just steps from the thriving shops and restaurants of Johns Pass and a short walk to the beautiful sands of Madiera beach. We were happy to see everything up and running better than ever.”

“I met up with two friends to enjoy a beach trip, and the location cannot be beat! A few steps from the beach, plenty of supplies, a few blocks from the commercial district with restaurants and shops. Bob was attentive and helpful as a host. We had a great stay and slept well in the beds! As an adult I slept on one of the bunk beds and it was very comfortable!”

“My daughter and I spent a long weekend here, and it was a great property! We had plenty of space & the condo was right on the beach! Beautiful sunsets from our balcony, and the area was not overly crowded but still close to shopping and restaurants. We will be back!”
