“The location was great. The unit had been newly painted and decorated and looked nice. However the furniture, couch, bedding and mattresses specifically need replacing. Also the tile floors need to be cleaned. The description of having a half bath was a little misleading as a toilet and sink were installed in a storage closet with the hot water heater and beach supplies.
