“Found out 2 hours before check in this is no contact property . Which was fine but the parking needed more direction . Called the property office and person that answered could not direct me to the parking lot . I have landmark at John’s pass villages and she had no idea what I was saying . Had to refer back to our GPS. The property emailed a parking pass and then we had to figure out where the rooms were on the 3 rd floor . Better communication or instructions SHOULD be supplied . Not……

“We stayed 1 night in a king suite. The living area is huge, but the amenities are zero. No hair dryer, no bottle opener (not even at front desk),tiny tiny soap n shampoo. And the room was not very clean, especially the floors (yuk). We love Madeira beach and have been many times. I understand they are struggling after the 2024 hurricanes, but $200 /nt for this room, and the lack of cleanliness and amenities are not gonna help. Oh, and they charge you an extra $16 to park. The pool looked very……

“Updated and newly renovated. Very efficient with automated check in process and all went smoothly , but miss having a staff member to greet us and inform us about the local area. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but do miss the personal touch in a historic inn. ”

“Check in is easy. Staff is friendly. Resort is clean. Views are beautiful with a big balcony. Some construction going on around the resort but it was quiet at night. Easy walk across the street to the beach.”

“ This is my second time staying at Crystal Bay. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great retro vibe with the palm trees and fantastic building architecture. Feels very much like a bed & breakfast. Attentive staff. I left my IPods in my room upon checking out and Dani was more than accommodating in getting them sent to my home address. Breakfast served every morning is a great value. Will be staying with them again when I’m visiting St. Pete. ”

“Cleanliness of the rooms, enjoyed the rooftop bar and outdoor patio for breakfast. Only downside was the pool, small, limited seating and in a very shaded area. ”

“Came here for the weekend to celebrate my husband birthday. The room was perfect. It was like a one bedroom condo and had everything we needed. The view was great and just steps from the beach! ”

“Overall good. Pros: Beautiful view, layout and functionality of suite, nice pool and hot tub, quiet. Cons: We never received room cleaning service, the couch and chair in the living room area were worn and a bit dirty. A bit inconvenient getting onto the property by car if coming from Gulf Boulevard.”
