“Our stay was amazing with such a beautiful view of the Gulf. I'm pretty sure all the rooms face the water which I'm sure is nice for all guest. Throughout the day you can see dolphins swimming close to shore. You can also tell that the staff really put in the effort to not only have our rooms cleaned but the outside areas by the pool as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. ”

“My parents came in town for a visit while I was home from deployment for a couple weeks. I live in Madeira Beach but my home was destroyed in Hurricane Helene and I wanted a nice place for us to relax during my visit home. This place was perfect. The condo was very clean, had ample seating that was comfortable, and lots of cooking ware. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. “This place is the perfect spot for family and friends to gather at the beach. The location is fantastic. While not directly on the beach, it's a stones throw away. John's Pass is also less than a ten minute walk. The rooms were great as each one had a kitchenette making storing food and cooking for a long holiday weekend much easier (so much more than a standard hotel mini fridge). Each unit (with the exception of the studio unit) has a bedroom too which is a very nice feature. The outdoor area……

“This place is amazing! The view is spectacular. While there are two large condo complexes on each side, you would never know as they are hidden by trees. We were literally steps from the beach - perfect for the aging parents (however the steps going to the second floor maybe challenging for them). Our stay was a bit stormy at times so it was great to be able to just head right for the house when poor weather was about (reminder: stay off the beach if you even hear lightning! Less than a……

“This property was Amazing! Super close to the beach, walking distance to St John’s Pass, clean and well stocked! And the best part for us toddler parents…it didn’t have a million breakable knick knacks for decor. We actually didn’t have to move anything out of fear he would break something! They also provided beach towel, chairs, umbrellas, etc! Anytime I had a question the owner was quick to respond! We will definitely stay here again if available in the future! ”
