“It says it will sleep 5. However the couch is NOT a fold out couch. It’s a small couch and a 18 year that’s 5’11 weights 175 cannot sleep on this couch. So we had to go buy an inflatable mattress. I told property owner they had a major water issue in kitchen and bathroom. When you do dishes water comes out under cabinets and wall and under fridge. They said they would send someone out ASAP. This was on the second day we were here. We leave tomorrow (which we rented for 9 days) and NOT one……

“First of all- this house and the property owner were great! Very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The beach items that are there for use are such a nice touch and VERY appreciated, we even left a few toys behind for other families to use too. We also loved having the balconies to sit on- So nice in the morning! Having a washer and dryer on site is a game changer also. We were walking distance from the beach and literally right in John's Pass, so accessibility was awesome. We would……

“This beautifully updated "Florida House" just 100 yards from the Gulf is AHmazing! It is close to John's Pass and plenty of restaurants. The spacious little home has all new appliances and a fully-stocked kitchen with every possible item you'll need during your stay including coffee products, seasonings, cookware, dinerware, glasses. The entire home has the finest tile work throughout including the spacious showers. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbreĺas and even a wagon to take……

“I stayed there with my mom for four nights. This is an older home and it is very simple, but was clean. It definitely met our needs! It’s in an adorable and safe area, but I wish it was a little more secure. There is only a small lock on the front door, not a deadbolt. The yard and pool were terrific and it’s very close to a lot of things which made the location convenient. The guest bathroom has no counter, so it was hard to get ready. Finally, due to the age of the home, there are not a ton of……

“Clean and tidy place for our small family beach getaway! Super quick walk to shops, food, broadway, and music! Beach was nice and across the Main Street. Easy daily walk with backpacks and chairs ;) we loved watching the dolphins every morning and evening from the porch!! Great location, so clean, and peaceful. We enjoyed the stay a lot ;)”

“We've been coming down to the area for over 20 years and was weary being this was a new rental. But we were not disappointed. Cute house. Walking distance to Brewnette coffee shop, Caddys on the beach and of course, the gulf. The beds were hard but we adjusted. The shower water wasn't as warm as we'd like but I'd still give it 5 stars. “This home was wonderful for our group of 7. It is beautifully decorated in beachy theme and super cozy. There were several very thoughtful and helpful small amenities. It was very spacious and allowed for our group to be together in the open areas and also separated off in one of the porches or expanded bedroom nooks for quiet alone time. The host checked in with us, was very accessible and helpful in need. The location was very convenient to Madiera Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe……

“We really enjoyed our stay!! It was me with my 4 adult children. Plenty of room, comfy beds, and plenty of linens. We cooked about 4 meals and had all necessary cooking supplies. It was GREAT being in a house right on the beach and not having to navigate a condo, parking lot, stairs, and noise!! The property manager was so responsive with all communications, including prior to check in. Thank you for sharing the house, we will be back!!”

“Everything was brand new and completely remodeled I'm assuming from the hurricane. The home was really nice and very clean. There were a few things that were negative, like the listing showed a pool table and other games that were not there on property. The pool is extremely small only 6' wide by 14' long and the photos appeared as though the pool was average size. We purchased 2 fishing rods and left them on property for the other future guests. Thank you”

“This was a cute house. Very close to the beach without those “on the water” price. The dock was really great, the kid with us loved fishing off of it. The house was clean. There is one room, with the built in bed, that you can tell was built into the garage. It only had 1 a/c vent and no fan. It was unbelievably hot in that room. You also had to walk through another bedroom to get to it, which is less than desirable if you are with couples. Which, we were. Other than that, we had a great time……

“We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself was even better than expected. It was spotless when we arrived and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and linens.The downstairs area was ideal for our group of 11. It was spacious, comfortable, and gave everyone enough room to relax without feeling crowded.……
