“The condo was amazing! The views of the beach, watching dolphins early in the morning from the screened in balcony, sunsets, walking right out to the beach was the best!!! The construction from the hurricane (everywhere) was annoying but would definitely go back to that condo! There were extra beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, life jackets, coolers, a lot of the extra things already there. Cyndi was great to work with. Good communication and timely responses. We miss it already! ”

“Condo was clean, larger than expected and has a pull out queen murphy style bed in the living room we didn’t know it had which was nice. Tons of seating area. Just steps away from the beach which my kids really enjoyed finding large shells on the beach. Pool area was nice and we got lucky each day getting a spot under the tiki hut. Really enjoyed the restaurant across the street and just a short walk to other restaurants close by. John’s Pass was awesome and really enjoyed the shops/food. We……

“The master bathroom shower handle broke off and it was fixed the very next day. I actually didn't message them until evening so I thought that was great.”

“We loved our time at Beach Place! The location was perfect - right on the beach for great views and easy access, just across from John’s Pass where we walked most days to eat/shop. The area was very roomy and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy! We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The condo is in an excellent location. Only a mile or so from St. John’s Pass and walking distance to a couple near by restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked, and felt super homey and comfortable. The beach views from the porch are excellent. We experienced phenomenal sunsets from the beach in front of the unit! The walking distance from pool to beachfront is very short making it easy to pop back and forth and take a rest when needed. The unit……
