“Un lieu très confortable au milieu d'un très beau jardin ! La maison est tout équipée et la literie excellente. Le parking est un gros plus ! Le wifi est disponible et très rapide. ”

“Liegt etwas abseits und ohne Leihwagen oder den Kauf von Ausflugsziele wäre es zu langweilig. Kinderbetreuung für die kleinen ist vorhanden. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.”

“No parking in the resort, only 7 minutes away walking uphill, most uncomfortable with suitcases even if you dropped off the suitcases you would still need to walk the distance and pay. I dislike separate beds in a couples room Tough toilet paper No shampoo conditioner supplied, only a kind of soap 1 small chocolate bar in the room, for 2.5 euros, not fun or enough Receptionist quite unkind, makes no effort to be kind or friendly ”

“Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper.”

“The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are all very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice available. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were comfortable and there was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, also a complimentary bottle of wine, and fresh water in the room every day. The bar off the reception area didn’t seem well used but the view from the top floor was great. The pool is small, and the wind pretty strong up there. The hotel is within easy walking……

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything available on site, but also very easy walking distance to Funchal centre. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderful & breakfast was a delicious choice of fresh & cooked food. We would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be back. It was my partners birthday while we were in Madeira & despite us not announcing this in any way, he was presented with a birthday……

“Wonderful and lovely place in the center of Funchal. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden, but you can enter from the restaurant. Overall i recommend.”

“The hotel was clean with great amenities and a wonderful daily breakfast with many options. The staff was lovely and helpful. There was construction going on at the time so that was a bit noisy, but was not a hindrance. I would stay there again. ”

“Wonderfull hotel with amazing garden. Nice staff. Clean. Very good breakfast. We were not that impressed with the dinners we had on the hotel, we prefered the other restaruants just outside the hotel instead. Be prepared for many stairs and some steep pathways, as the rest of the island. ”
