“This all-inclusive resort had the best drinks and restaurant (not the buffet) quality I have experienced out of the 11 different all-inclusive resorts I have been to. However, the buffet was below average quality and made worse by being in a tight space for the number of guests they had. The staff were largely inexperienced, or lazy, and supervisors were working too much to be effective supervisors. The hotel itself is awesome with a village setting in a very picturesque location. “The house was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and full of character, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Madeira. The location is great, peaceful, near fantastic hiking trails and viewpoints. Waking up and drinking a coffee on the patio was heaven.
