“This is excellent hotel, and we loved the building and the surrounding garden. It is not in the main area of large all inclusive hotels, but in a residential part of the city which made our Madeira experience more authentic. The walk to the center is easy, but I imagine it may be not that comfortable for someone with walking difficulties. We enjoyed our climb and had bo problem with it. “Cleanliness has room of improvement. There are ants in room and blood stain and hair were found in linen and towel. After telling the hotel staff, cleaning lady has made the room more tidy”
