“We loved staying at Enotel Sunset Bay. Ponta do Sol is a fantastic location on Madeira. The hotel is right in front of the ocean and beach and all rooms have ocean views.We stayed on the 4th floor in the seaview rooms with balcony. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well-equiped. The 4th floor is where the roof top deck is located. It was a great place to soak in some sunshine and relax after a day of hiking. The indoor pool was also a bonus. “We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything available on site, but also very easy walking distance to Funchal centre. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderful & breakfast was a delicious choice of fresh & cooked food.
