“The hygiene of the breakfast buffet is not up to 5 star standards, and the choice are very limited. The beach are so beautiful and generally the facilities are good, yet the kids club closed at 6pm is not convenient to family with kids. Staff at the front desk are very nice, however staffs working in F&B outlets are impolitely or even no greetings to guest, they don’t even look at you when they talk to you. They should have more training.”

“We had a wonderful time at Bo Phut Resort. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. There was direct access to the beach from the resort so very convenient for us whether we want to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach.
