“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. “Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. ”

Definitely recommend this if you are visiting Cardiff - it’s 5 minutes away from the castle and 5 minutes to the train that can take you down to the bay. Everyone was so nice and it’s a good value for the money. Slight inconvenience- the parking is in a big city garage a few blocks away so getting your luggage to/from is cumbersome. But……

“Perfect location, looking directly across the Taff at the stadium. Only 10 minute walk to Mary Street. Very clean and the keybox entry makes checking in/out a breeze. Shared bathrooms between floors are immaculately clean also. ”
