“I love the way we where greeted by the front desk her name was Mariangel and she went above and beyond to welcome us and start the trip off with a huge positive she even gave us a complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade facing the lake and jetty for river boat taxi because we where celebrating our honeymoon she is a very helpful universal staff member great to have this when you arrive.”

“由于航班延误到达酒店已经是当地凌晨3点，酒店前台人员仍然在耐心等待，并且事先已经帮我们准备好房卡。酒店提供免费停车、免费wifi，酒店位置非常便利，过马路就是walmart，而且距离两个outlet都很不远，到环球影城也非常方便。酒店房间很干净，但是可能是由于我们的房间临街，晚上有些吵，并且没有说明的话酒店工作人员没有为我们打扫房间更换毛巾。”

“The apartment was beautiful, very clean and brand new. It has everything you need in kitchen. The staff at the check in was very welcoming. I only want to point out a thing here, my 2 yrs old boy while playing on the water park for kids he pooped on his diaper, things/accidents happens, and for every person with toddlers Im sure they know what Im talking about, the safe guard covered her nose, in a very rude manner and he started to tell everybody and they all laughed. “Upon checking in, Naviah greeted us with a friendly smile and explained everything we needed to know about Universal. The next day, I needed a blanket and asked Maria for one, and they delivered three blankets. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job daily, and our room is sparkling and clean. Highly recommend this place. It's clean, friendly staff that works there, and breakfast is phenomenal ”
