Der Check-In war kurz und freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind von Rituals, die Dusche hat eine Regenfallfunktion und täglich gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und sehr gute Säfte und Limonaden von Rauch in der Minibar. “The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

“Location is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to visit Frankfurt for example. Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste. ”

“It's a unique property, built in the 19th century. The suite is on the 3rd floor, the staff was very helpful to move our luggage to and from the room, as there's no elevator. There's no AC in the room, it wasn't necessary in May. The bathroom is clean and luxurious with soaking tub and shower. There's no drinking water provided in the room, bottled water is available in the mini bar. Location is in between Drosselgrasse and Eltville. The restaurant is amazing. ”

“Ein großes Lob für den Fotografen. Bild und Wirklichkeit sind sehr unterschiedlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Einfache Zimmertüren alles alt und herunter gekommen. Hier müsste dringend was gemacht werden. Personal freundlich und bemüht. ”
