“Newly renovated guest room, clean and tidy. The breakfast is very nice with multiple choices of food and drinks. The location is good, close to JR and can reach Tokyo within an hour. Close to shopping mall and everything is convenient. Quiet neighborhood.
The lobby is a bit old fashioned but the room is new.”

“Shuttle bus to airport even though 4pm check in the hotel, only can book05:10, 07:10and 06:10 already full, have to increase to every half an hour or seats, very disappointed ”
"I stayed in a single room. The room was well-equipped and clean. What I didn't like was that the toilet wall was made of transparent glass without any curtain cover. The toilet and bathroom could be seen from the room, which was not suitable for foreign tourists."
