“Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service. ”

“We chose the lodge on the recommendation of our tour guide company as a retreat to chill out after a busy 8 days visiting the Galapagos and Amazonia. It was indeed a relaxing location where my wife took advantage of the resort spa and I was able to enjoy the scenic walks and spot a few bird varieties. The food and hospitality was good. A few of the treks were restricted and that was the only negative point.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly. The good was very good. They provided transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the city of Quito (without traffic). There isn't much to do in the area of the hotel, but the hotel does have many things to do (pool, lawn games, pickleball etc).”
