“I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. ”

“The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. “There are two NARS hotels in Jeddah, and somehow Expedia showed us the wrong address. 5 stars to the manager lady who called the other hotel and transferred the booking to themselves. In spite of language barriers, they accommodated us very well. And room was a luxury two bedroom apartment. Area around the hotel is very safe, but it’s a cab drivers hub. So take it for what it’s worth ”
