“We absolutely loved our stay at the Armadale Castle, the view from the place was amazing. My husband and I went during their off season so they place was pretty much to ourselves, I personally loved how quite it was and how close the store was to the place. We plan on booking again when we go back to Scotland.”

“This is a perfect apartment for a small group to visit Fort William. It has a parking spot if you are driving yourself. It put us in driving range ti visit the Isle of Skye. Takes a whole day to do but worth it if you get over that way”

“Ilona’s cottage provided a cozy and comfortable base for our family of 6 for the 3 days we spent in the area. A beautiful property, the cottage is spacious, tidy and very well laid out - on clear days, we even had a view of the top of Ben Nevis! The short tunnel was exciting for the kids and grown-ups in our group. Ilona was wonderful and so easy to coordinate with. Overall, a charming stay that we will remember fondly. ”

The property was in an absolutely stunning location with unobstructed waterfront views, clean, well cared for, and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store in Broadford. Plenty of space for car parking as well. The hosts were friendly and communicated well! Would highly recommend!”

“This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. We cooked dinner and Ida had even left us a wee……

“Delightful, quirky property with everything needed for a short stay. The host was very welcoming and even left us a bottle of wine and some fudge. He also came out to meet us on the road just to make sure we didn't miss the entrance. We very much enjoyed our stay, especially the quiet location which was only a short drive to the centre of Broadford. The bed was comfortable and we particularly liked the luxury linen. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone desiring a peaceful……
