“1. Booked through Orbitz but Mammoth Reservation Burea did not enter the booking into their system. Could not find it when we reached there for check-in. We were told that the reservation email came after-hours and hence wasn't entered (seriously?). 2. The place was not ready due to above. We were made to wait so that it can be cleaned. 3. We were handed keys so that we can enter upon phone-call confirmation by the management that the place is ready. The key did not work cause they gave us a……

“Dear Expedia: Our entire experience with this last trip to Mammoth was not great. I had failed to check over my emails closely and did not see the instructions of where to collect the key. So after 1 hour of searching for an second office to pick up our key and being on the phone asking to be relocated by your staff, we finally arrive at the condo (exhausted and frustrated). When I booked the condo it said it was priced at around $200, I booked two nights and was then utterly shocked to see……

“Came up with the family to do some fishing and exploring. Very nice place. Only 2 small things to bring up. Was kind of stuffy and hot, even with all windows open. Could use A/C, but I would definitely stay there again. Also, would have helped if we were told where pool key could be found. We eventually found it and all was good. Great stay over all. ”
