“Great price although the damage deposit is a bit stiff. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Laundry room! Lot's of room to sit and eat or gather in the LR to discuss today's events or tomorrow's adventures. I would rent it again.”

“If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Geneva area, I highly recommend this place. It was cute, communication was great and everything was in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops to check out. Very close to the water and near the welcome center which had a cute area for wine sampling. ”

“The apartment was just as described. Clean, fully stocked, great location - walkable to restaurants shops. The decor was really unique and charming. Beds were very comfortable. The train does come often at times as mentioned in the listing. Great communication and friendly hosts.”

Will stay again when in the area.Stair well lighting Should have on, off switch located at top of stairs which enter into living space, this shortcoming will not affect my intention to stay, however it should be made known to renters for safety reasons,or corrected.”

“We had a great time in Geneva. We had a lovely dinner at Anorah and then walked over to Vinifera for cocktails. We did a wine pairing dinner at Belhurst Castle which was only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend!!”

“Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. Good for a family of 4 or less.Pets:Good……
