“Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need……

“Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! There were plenty of extra towels, soaps of every kind, and kitchen supplies too. One thing I really appreciate is having a Brita in the fridge. The owner……

“This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Overall, enjoyed our stay. For check in you have to coordinate with a person who may or may not be another resident in the building? They forgot we were coming, then when we got there, they said they were buzzing us in, but it wasn't working. Eventually we got up to the room because someone else was using the elevator and we jumped on. The condo itself is as pictured. Please note there are no bedrooms. Murphy bed is in the living area. The cot in the closet was lumpy but adequate. The……

“My stay was just ok. While the condo itself was cute/quaint and I loved the big bath tub, the use of a bike, and the proximity to the beach. There was far more that I didn’t love. The area was very noisy (constant people in the courtyard/street and use of a leaf blower in the courtyard for over an hour at 8 one morning). The grass out front wreaked of dog urine. The bedroom windows are giant so opening them for air flow since there is no AC, lets anybody in the courtyard look right into your……

“Check was easy, parking was great even though our car was too big for garage. Street parking was plentiful and free using the supplied hangtag. You can’t beat this location! We spent two weeks here and would definitely return. Jim, our host was responsive and always helpful. ”
