“This is a very pleasant and clean facility. Room was spacious. Daily breakfast was ample and tasted good. The hotel is in good condition and well maintained. There is a lot of concrete in this area - a bit of a concrete canyon. There is a daily evening drag race happening on the streets in the area, and it is very loud. Things did quiet down by midste, so a good sleep is attainable . I would probably stay here again, when visiting Manhattan , KS.”

“We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains.
