“Well-kept room except the toilet wouldn't flush because the chain inside the tank had rusted. We were able to temporarily fix it ourselves. The phone in the room wasn't connected so we couldn't call the front desk asking for help.”

“The hotel was well kept, great rooms, breakfast was one of the best yet. I was very pleased! Only complaint was mattresses were a bit hard but outside that everything was great including staff.”

“The room was clean. Poor lighting, room was hot due to the chills not working or turned on. Bathroom not finished, needed toilet paper holder, bath towel holder, hand towel holder, shelf in shower to hold personal shower items. Spoke to the manager and he was very receiptive of consern and agreed these items should have been completed during remodel and he is working on these items.”

“We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.”
