“I only stayed one night as i arrived late at night and it is so close to the airport. I wil definitely return. Gorgeous Apartment, mine was a duplex and had a bathroom and balcony on both floors. “Rooftop bar/pool area used for breakfast is a real delight with views of the sea and mountains.
The food was exceptional and the dinner buffet very good value head and shoulders above most we have experienced in terms of quality and choice.
Very unusual for holiday hotels is the quality of the bedrooms and especially the bed.
Excellent in all respects apart from the MUZAK which is played morning noon and night and spoils the wonderful rooftop breakfast experience totally.

“This was an amazing trip, the location is really nice and quiet, close to national road to take you to Chania, lovely town close by called Armenoi with butcher, cheese monger and nice restaurants, close to Kalives with beach bars restaurants etc.
The host Stefanos is a lovely friendly man who will assist with any needs. He allowed us to check in nice and early and greeted us with a smile. He would come chat with us daily if he saw us sat outside. No noise at night which is amazing”

Could do with slightly more foliage in between villa terraces for added privacy and the cleaner should sweep when changing towels etc..other than that the owners were extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. “Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was perfect. The room with the sea view and balcony was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The Hill restaurant, where we ate breakfast each day, had a stunning view overlooking the old port and the sea, and was a delight to sit at each morning. “We loved our stay at Lagon life! The staff were excellent and went above and beyond the entire stay. The room was spotlessly clean and well kept, the private pool and balcony was gorgeous. Our position meant we had a perfect view of the sunset over Chania old town and harbour which was just perfect.
