“All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It almost had a family feel to it. The facilities were spotless with a really calm environment. The hotel was beautifully located right by the beach even if we felt the surrounding area was not so pretty . But very easy to get into Chania for evening meals and a wander. “Our 5 night stay at the Cretan Dream Resort was excellent. Nothing to fault about the Resort only that Stalos doesn't offer a great choice for evening dining and there isn't much of an atmosphere either. Hire a car for a short drive, 7.5km, into neighbouring Platanias for a wide selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment.”

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”
