“喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。”

“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“因為搭夜船在很早約8:00AM就到達Chania，但旅館主人居然可以讓我在這樣早的早上就讓我入住了！！讓我一個上午不至於流落街頭，非常非常謝謝這間旅館的幫助。旅館就位於主街中間街邊，位置相當優。旅館還招待ouzo酒及餅乾橄欖桿等小點心，very good。房間不大，但傢俱及裝潢看得出主人的用心和品味，窗外樹草綠意盎然，是一間不可多得的良好住宿經驗。”
