“This is one of those very special VRBOs in which you race through the home upon arrival to discover each room. It's a long epic drive to the top of the hill to your very private castle house.The kitchen was fully stocked for me to make meals and there are great food options 15 minutes away.I have small kids and it was a little stressful to have them playing around the spiral staircase, but we survived. “Yes, the ocean view was fantastic. Several steep stairs to get into the house. There wasn't a home guide at the house and we had to reach out to the owner to get the guide send electronically. We enjoyed the hot tub. That said, not sure how the house could sleep 12; there are only three bedrooms - a pull out couch in the sunroom and the man cave should not be considered bedrooms.
