“It was VERY clean, well stocked, and just a BEAUTIFUL place. Brenda was flexible with our needs which we really appreciated. Even though we ended up not taking our dog, it was a perfect place to have one. Even the deck was gated. Family friendly house in a nice neighborhood. Thanks Brenda!!! ”

“The property was perfect for my husband and I. It was a great little weekend getaway. The house was clean and our host was extremely helpful with anything that we needed. ”

“My partner and I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. It was easy to find and get check in. The area felt safe even though we had to arrive after midnight. Rosie and Sue were very flexible with our timing for check in and check-out and helpful with any questions. However, one thing I didn’t realize is that there were not 2 actual bedrooms it’s more like an upstairs open den with a pullout and 1 real bedroom. Both were comfortable to sleep. “I use this property for a two month stay in the area while working on a project. It was a perfect proximity to so many areas, but just steps away from the charm of uptown. This literally became a home away from home. This definitely should be chosen for the fact that it has a parking spot whereas most of the rentals in the area only have street parking.!”

“The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again. ”

“Jim and Laurie were wonderful and the amount of love and care they take to ensure your stay is perfect was evident. The rooms were spacious and serene, the whirpool tub was a plus for relaxing, and everything you could need is available. The breakfast was wonderful and the animals added to the entire experience. Elvis was a bit of a show off, Roodie loved chin rubs, and Humphrey was an absolute mush! Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!”
