“Good communication from the host”

“The location was fantastic.Check-In, Parking and Check-Out easy.The images of the condo were misleading.- cockroaches were present- Floors were not swept- sofa bed sheets were still on bed and unwashed- makeup on the pillow cases from the pullout couch and the hair dryer bag- bedside furniture had broken drawers- one kitchen chair was extremely wobbly- kitchen table light did not workWe will not staying here again.”

“We rented this place for the first time for a family gathering. The setting was very private and “country-ish”. For the most part everything listed was present at the place and there were enough sleeping options for our crew. Overall - the owners were nice and fairly responsive but there was a level of disappointment to the care of the property and more importantly the preparedness for our arrival. They said the pool and hot tub were cleaned and ready but the pool was still dirty and the hot tub……

“We really appreciated the location which allowed us to go back and forth from White Memorial, having lunch at the apartment. The kitchen equipment was great. We cooked two dinners and went to the Village Restaurant for one dinner. That was delicious. I would recommend this VRBO to everyone. ”

The location was perfect for accessing events on the campus while giving us a bit more privacy for relaxing. Marc was incredibly communicative and even left drinks/snacks for us at the place. Also the place is very cute and the beds are so comfy! Will definitely come back when in New Haven. ”
