“Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county.”

“Yes, the ocean view was fantastic. Several steep stairs to get into the house. There wasn't a home guide at the house and we had to reach out to the owner to get the guide send electronically. We enjoyed the hot tub. That said, not sure how the house could sleep 12; there are only three bedrooms - a pull out couch in the sunroom and the man cave should not be considered bedrooms. “My family and I stayed for two nights and it was perfect. There is a ton of room to lounge, the deck and views are incredible, and we never felt overcrowded (6 of us plus a dog). You’re walking distance to town, though the road is bust with no sidewalk so we mostly drove and it’s literally two minutes to town by car. Sitting on the deck watching the birds was so peaceful.”

“Absolutely loved our stay at this Bodega Bay beach house! The view of the ocean right outside the window and just down the hill was breathtaking. The open layout of the house made it feel so spacious and welcoming. The hot tub and steam room were the perfect touches for relaxing after a day of exploring the coast. “My husband and I were excited to drive up to this enchanting little home. The beautiful gardens welcomed us to a cozy, clean home with beautiful views of the beach below. We enjoyed the evening sunsets in the large hot tub on the back deck. The bed was very comfortable, linens were quality and towels were plush. We will be back! A happy couple on a birthday getaway”

Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it.”
