“The host was very welcoming in preparing the home for our arrival. Wine glasses were chilled and ready, the chocolate amazing. Communication easily flowed both ways.Family enjoyed the proximity of the property to wine country. The outdoor space was comfortable but limited. We would recommend this property to anyone seeking 3 separate bed/bath areas. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early to early flights out of San Fran. “I had a quiet, clean, cozy fall mom getaway in Martha's country cottage. Everything I needed -- comfortable couch and beds, outdoor tables, indoor tables for working and writing and doing small puzzles -- for a little getaway. Surrounded by green, with the only sounds the distant hum of 116 and birds and squirrels.I did lots of cooking, and found enough pans and utensils and spices to make it easy. A fun collection of ceramics for dining, too. Be sure to check out the little town of Graton. And……

“This property was beautiful and romantic and had all the Moody character you could want in a quaint loft. The gardens were beautiful even for September, and I'm sure they're magnificent in the spring. The hosts went above and beyond what anyone should expect. They're truly lovely. The neighborhood is extremely walkable. And The loft itself is comfortable and beautifully appointed with gorgeous art and unique photography.”

The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!”

“Lovely stay just outside of town. Easy to walk along High Street to coffee shops, Screaming Mimi’s ice cream, Fern Bar in the Barlow. Yummy eats at Handline three minute drive or 10 min walk. ”
