“Really great stay in this flat. Perfect for the car show up the road which we had travelled down for. The pub across the way did good value food. Only thing I would say is don’t email the property hosts, just text or phone the mobile number!”

“Pros & Cons - overall, a good place to stay. Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area……

Located in a charming village with great bus links into Oxford, we enjoyed the local pub for dinner, Waterperry Gardens to see the snowdrops, and having everything we needed in the cottage to make our stay easy. Communication with the owner was timely and easy. We loved learning about the history of the property and the village. We have already recommended to friends and if we find ourselves needing to stay in the area again, it will be our first……
