“We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”

“Very interesting and comfortable stable conversion. we had glorious weather so made use of the outside area. Jenny and Robert were friendly and informative. The area is pretty rolling hills with beechwoods and plenty of good footpaths to explore. The bluebells were at their peak.”

“I am not sure where to begin, but our stay at the Victorian Lodge in Windsor was absolutely amazing. Hamish was a wonderful host, and we could've stayed forever. There is something special about being in the English countryside, and our stay at the Lodge almost felt like we were inside of a storybook. If you want to be close to London/Windsor, but away from the crowds and the noise, you will not regret staying here. We had no issues getting food delivered, or getting rides to/from the lodge.……

“Booked 3 nights for my daughters 50th birthday. We fortunately had the sunniest and warmest days of the year, so the younger ones were able to use the heated pool and jacuzzi. House very well appointed and equipped. The gardens are large and the rear extends down to the Thames where there is seating to watch the boats go by. Due to the good weather, we decided to utilise the house and garden to the fullest, which meant that BBQ's and pizzas were the order of our evening meals. I can thoroughly……
