“We have a group of teachers who get away to this cabin every year in the early spring. It's always a great location. Close enough to go out hiking or to Berkeley springs for people that want to do that, but plenty of space to hang out if you just want to rest and relax around the property.”

“We chose this cabin because it looked like a unique experience, and it was. It was unusually cold during our stay but we were cozy and toasty inside. The location is convenient to the Berkeley Springs warm springs spa amenities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rest of our pleasant weekend was spent in the cabin, cooking up meals in the well equipped kitchen and catching up with old friends by the wood stove. The property is scenic and peaceful. “The home was beautifully decorated & very clean. We arrived at 4:00 pm on Friday & unfortunately had to leave for a family emergency at home less than an hour later so never got to explore the town or property. ”

“Our family stayed here for our son’s wedding at a nearby farm venue. Home was spotless, kitchen well stocked for cooking (although we didn’t do any), and the house is very conveniently located in Shepherdstown. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants in minutes. Easy drive to the wedding venue. As noted in the property description, there are a lot of stairs inside and out, so not the best choice if someone has mobility issues. Also, the sunny bedroom with all the windows is really lovely,……
