“Needed a place to stay prior to going kayaking on the South Branch of the Potomac. Grilled out steaks for dinner, microwaved breakfast, and was only 30 minutes from the river at Romney. Nice little town, but don’t expect too much. Most things close at 5p and are only open on select days. I would recommend doing your homework if that is what you are looking for.”

“Great location! Beautiful setting tucked among the trees, yet close enough to Frederick and other areas. Perfect for our family of 5, we especially loved the pool! Spacious bedrooms, and clean and cozy apartment. The detailed descriptions and pictures prepared us well, we stayed for over a week and primarily ate in.
