We did get the impression that one of the male staff was overworked- it seemed that he was absolutely doing everything, but must stress that he was an excellent ‘people person’ and that nothing was a bother to him. I don't know how they get to know everyones names as so many people go through the door every day. Everyone was exceptional. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Food was out of this world. We weren't bothered too much yet, restaurant seemed to know just by a look, that we were going to ask for……
