“It was a lovely 250 year old stagecoach inn. Our room was on the front next to a road intersection and I am a light sleeper. That being said next time we need to stay in the area i will make sure to have a room on the back over looking the river. Since I am a very light sleeper. The Inn is very easy to get to and easy acess to most of RI since it is centrally located. Making it a perfect place to stay and see the sights.”

“Angela was so kind and welcoming. This inn felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and made to order each morning. We were about a twenty minute walk from the center of Newport. It was far enough away that everything was so quiet. We commented several times that we could not hear anyone in the other rooms coming and going. The common sitting area outside of the dining room was very peaceful. There are afternoon cocktails, and treats served in this room. The smell of fresh baked goods……

“Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.”

“This was a convenient place to stay with breakfast included. Room was large with king bed and comfortable sofa and chair. Relaxing! Clean bathroom and good shower head. Two story Sí no elevator but front desk person offered to carry our bags upstairs if we needed help. Decent price - good value. Easy on and off the highway. Would stay again.”
