“We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport. “This property was spotlessly clean! The parking was easy and the area safe with walkable restaurants. It’s very close to first beach and the cliff walk. The coffee, fresh fruit and grab able breakfast options were perfect for us as well. The owner was super friendly with a very easy check in. I hope to stay again next time we are in Newport! ”

“We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!”

“We’ve stayed at the Sea Breeze Inn twice now and would absolutely return again. It’s a perfect spot for a long weekend - peaceful, charming, and just the right distance from downtown. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast delivered to your door each morning is a great touch. The property is beautiful, with lovely spots to relax and eat outside, especially by the saltpond. Highly recommend!”

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
