“Excellent service and good restaurants aloow guests to stay inside the hotel or nearby if they want to. Good location, sufficiently quiet but with enough shops and bars in the area. My main problem was with the noise from surrounding rooms, which affected sleep and rest, due to insufficient sound insulation, combined with the fact that the hotel caters to family with young children.”

“A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May. Dining room offered a large selection in breakfast options including freshly made omelettes. If you left hungry it would be your fault not the hotels. Overall would recommend and……

“The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze”

“E' la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e devo dire che nel complesso non è niente male, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camere spaziose e ben arredate con tutti i confort necessari, colazione ottima, cena buona ( nella media delle struttura 4* in spagna, bene o male c'è sempre qualcosa di buono da mangiare ). Spazi esterni ben organizzati e lettini per tutti, mai avuto problemi, poi essendo direttamente sulla spiaggia era comodo per poter fare il bagno in mare. Il personale sempre……

“Buonissima struttura, vi sono - a mio parere - solo leggerissime correzioni da apportare solo di natura organizzativa. Ad esempio: il personale addetto alle camere non è a conoscenza del funzionamento dell'impianto di climatizzazione, è stato necessario attendere un addetto alla manutenzione; non si trova una legenda riportante i numeri di telefono interni, ho dovuto chiedere ad un impiegato il numero della reception (9); non vi sono indicazioni sulle modalità di connessione al wifi della……
